- single revoke_user_sessions(user_id, except_session_key=...) in identity.sessions;
  auth profile flows and employee admin reuse it (was duplicated, both full-scan)
- move employee payload/profile lookup/temp-password helpers into
  identity.employee_support, leaving employee_views as HTTP handlers only
- fix shadowing of the temporary_password helper by local variables
