Reseed: AIAgent and ChannelAIRelease (was ProductAIRelease) now belong to a
Channel; knowledge/prompt documents become an org library with scope
GLOBAL/PRODUCT (+ optional product); LlmInvocation, limits, retrieval, runtime,
selectors, services, views and admin re-anchored from product to channel. ai
migrations reset (pgvector extension re-created in 0001). bootstrap no longer
seeds product agents; seed_channels creates each channel's agent + published
release. Verified: channels answer on Sonnet 4.6, agents/releases seeded 3/3.

Note: ai/tests.py and the AI UI section still reference the product anchor and
are updated next (frontend M1.2b).
