Клиент зашивал production-имя __Host-custocrm-app-csrf; по http бэкенд ставит
custocrm_app_csrftoken (CSRF_COOKIE_SECURE выключен) — логин через dev-gateway
падал 403. Имя выбирается по location.protocol, зеркально settings_app.
