Ivan Enderlin 814d78708e feat(sdk): EventCache uses matrix_sdk_common::executor::spawn. ...

This patch imports the `spawn` function from
`matrix_sdk_common::executor` instead of `tokio`.
`matrix_sdk_common::executor` adds support for WebAssembly.
