Ivan Enderlin 247bb4960e feat(ui,ffi): Add LatestEventValue::Local { sender, .. }. ...

This patch adds a `sender: OwnedUserId` field to
`LatestEventValue::Local` in `matrix_sdk_ui::timeline` (and the
corresponding `matrix_sdk_ffi` type).
